John wants to achieve greater income and more purpose in his work.

John always liked building things with his hands. He went to college because his parents had convinced him that he had to go to college to get a good job.

After two years, he dropped out of college and got a job in home store retail.  

He met Beth and they had two children early in their marriage, one of whom has special needs. John realizes that he needs to find a new career that allows him to support his growing family.
