Welcome to the Agilities Comparison! This interactive tool is designed to help you explore potential occupations by the similarities and differences in order of their Agilities. The Agilities Comparison is one of the five tools in the Career Explorer Tool suite.
To get the most out of this tool, take the Agile Work Profiler to get a list of your ranked Agilities. Understanding your Agilities will help you use the tool to learn more about jobs that use your skills and interests.

Consider this:
The Agilities Comparison allows you to quickly compare up to five jobs at once using the desktop version. You can filter occupations by their #1 Agility, industry, required education, and average wage. Once you select occupations you can compare the Agilities each job activates and learn details about the job including the average salary and required education. Comparing occupations is one way to explore multiple career pathways which supports you developing your Career Literacy. Having a strong vision for your future career results in having a higher income and better benefits as well as influence over work conditions. and job titles increase their Career Literacy. Boosting your Career Literacy can increase your average annual earnings by $30,000.
