① Get to Know Your Students: Have them take the AWP!

Before administering the Agile Work Profiler (AWP), it’s important that students understand why they are taking it and how it connects to the learning, experiences, and opportunities they will explore throughout the school year. See how some students have applied Agilities to school, careers, and personal growth.

Teacher Tip: Collect results to drive discussions, grouping & activities throughout the semester!

In a core class like English or science, you might frame the AWP as a way to better understand how they learn, collaborate, and problem-solve in the classroom. In a career, CTE, or college course, you might connect the AWP to career pathways, workplace strengths, and future opportunities.

Some students may already have taken the assessment. Remind them it’s okay to take it more than once! Your results can change over time. Challenge them to see how it may have changed since they last took it.

② Go Deeper!

You know your students best! These resources are designed to help you use AWP results in ways that fit your classroom, whether that’s building community, encouraging self-reflection, exploring careers, or connecting Agilities to your content area. Start with an activity that feels most relevant and build from there:

The Agilities Walk

A great way to get students engaged and thinking critically. Students explore Agilities and reflect and engage with one another about strengths and perspectives. Teacher tip: change questions to match your goals!

Abilities to Agilities

With our printable 4×6 Agilities Cards, this works as a discussion starter, reflection exercise, partner activity, or small-group conversation to encourage student engagement and help students see Agilities in a variety of scenarios.

Back To School Team Contract

Helps students form teams for a project, a grading period, or even the entire semester. Students draw on their Agilities to identify the strengths they bring to a team and how they contribute to a group dynamic.
